Challenge: The organization receives grants to advertise key messages of awareness, prevention and services to promote healthier lives, stronger families, and safer communities. They aim to target various demographics and locations with the campaign initiatives, as well as promote national and state sponsored public service campaigns. Examples of campaign themes include Lock Your Meds and 988 Mental Health Hotline.

Solution: Based on a public service announcement style campaign, AdBridge deploys a variety of digital tactics to include social media ads, geofencing, Google Ads, digital out of home, and streaming audio. Targeting specific locations and audience segments across multiple platforms allowed us to reach citizens in an effective way. In addition, AdBridge serves as a full-service advertising agency for the client, and schedules strategic billboard placements, radio ads, TV ads, and magazine ads to increase the campaign footprint.

Result: All campaigns have achieved impressive engagement, impressions, and clicks. The client achieved excellent click through rates to the campaign websites, and was able to reach a wide audience in both city and rural communities in the service area. Several surveys and focus groups have been performed post campaigns, and the client has successfully connected advertising to having a direct impact on the community. Example: The number of citizens who self-reported safe and secure disposal and storage of medicines survey. Over a two year period, safe storage increased 18% in a tri-county area, safe disposal increased 23% in a tri-county area, and citizens practicing both safe storage and safe disposal increased 16% in a tri-county area.
