Who: Government Health and Human Services Department focused on providing easy access to services supporting optimal health and well-being, education, and prevention resources for all residents to promote a safe and healthy community.

Challenge:Reach all members of the county with a variety of public service announcements, prevention messages, and educational tools. Topics included opioid awareness, vaccination and disease education, Quit Vaping, child safety, family planning resources, substance misuse prevention, 988 Mental Health awareness, county laws and ordinances, and more.

Solution:For each individual campaign, AdBridge implemented a multi-tactic strategy that included the use of social media ads, geofencing, native advertising, and keyword and audience retargeting. The social media ads, native ads, and geofencing served as digital billboards displaying information, tips and resources, while the keyword retargeting ads triggered when a community member searched for relevant content online.

Result:All campaigns have achieved impressive engagement, impressions, and clicks. The client achieved excellent click through rates to the campaign websites, boosted event attendance, and promoted community awareness. Vaccination events were overwhelmingly successful, opioid awareness and education received excellent response, and prevention resources were more accessible than ever before due to the broad reach of digital media.
